With a background in logistics, strategy, and organizational development, Drew oversees all aspects of Beyond the Brotherhood’s programs, partnerships, and growth initiatives. He is also a seasoned public speaker and consultant, known for translating the principles of special operations into leadership frameworks for businesses, nonprofits, and transitioning veterans. Greg is Executive Director of the Western Steel Council, representing over 50 steel fabricators, placers, and erectors across California, Nevada, and Arizona.

With three decades of experience in construction and industrial safety, he also serves as Trustee and Management Chair for the California Field Ironworker and Shop Ironworker Trust Funds—overseeing more than $5 billion in assets.
