BTB’s Proven Fellowship Process – SEAL2
Screen & Select: Fellows are screened & selected for character and readiness
Equip & Engage: Fellows are equipped with mentorship, peer squads, and 2–4 annual events to build community and networking skills.
Assess & Align: Each Fellow completes GameChange assessment (plus optional health treatments) to align with their next mission in life.
Launch & Lead: Fellows launch into civilian careers, entrepreneurship, or service—and return to lead, mentor, and strengthen the brotherhood
