PitStop Challenge at Richard Childress Racing
Welcome, NC
A private corporate team-building event hosted by Beyond the Brotherhood and Richard Childress Racing at RCR's facility. Teams step into a high-pressure NASCAR pit-stop scenario alongside BTB Fellows and RCR's elite pit crew.
The experience blends SEAL-led leadership development, professional pit-crew instruction, and head-to-head competition. Teams of five (four corporate participants plus one BTB Fellow), with a minimum of two teams and a maximum of four.
Investment: $3,000 per participant. Includes use of the RCR facility and museum, catered meals, and a leadership keynote.
