TRIPLE S Challenge
Beyond the Brotherhood (501c3) invites you to the Triple S Challenge, a leadership training experience set on a picturesque ranch near Redding, California from November 5-8, 2023. This exclusive event will bring together 3 selected teams of 5 participants each, alongside 8-10 Navy SEALs, creating an platform for industry leaders and elite military professionals to forge connections, share insights, and develop essential skills.
The Triple S Challenge aims to craft an unforgettable and enriching experience for our esteemed guests. As valued participants, your involvement will support Beyond the Brotherhood’s mission to promote, fund, and mentor our candidates. Our comprehensive program will feature training sessions and challenges encompassing shooting, Humvee driving, and medical training, delivered by highly skilled Navy SEALs.
Kicking off on November 5th, 2023 with a warm welcome dinner and orientation session, participants will have the opportunity to connect and form bonds with fellow attendees. The following two days will be packed with immersive training sessions, team-building activities, and engaging leadership challenges.
Led by distinguished Navy SEALs with extensive expertise in their respective fields, our interactive sessions will cover a diverse array of skills, such as:
- Tactical shooting drills with handguns and long range rifles
- Off-road driving Humvees and using brake-throttle modulation
- Medical procedures for trauma patient care
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Decision-making under pressure
- Resilience and mental fortitude
- Strategic conflict resolution
These hands-on sessions will not only foster networking and relationship-building among participants but also provide real-world practice in applying the newly acquired skills.

Beyond the Brotherhood will arrange transportation for all participants between Sacramento Airport (SMF) or Redding Municipal Airport (RDD) and the event venue. Accommodation and meals will be provided throughout the event, featuring comfortable cots with privacy tents situated in a spacious high bay. Participants are also welcome to bring their mobile homes or vans. Shower and bathroom facilities will be available in a designated trailer.

Event Cost
The event registration fee is $45,000 per team, which includes all training and practical sessions, accommodation, and meals for the entire event. For those unable to form a complete team, we offer flexible options at $10,000 per person and can assist in group arrangements. Additional guests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
